The study was authored by the TALAP Center for Applied Research (Kazakhstan). During the event, the project authors will present the results of their work, and experts from Russia and Kazakhstan will discuss the findings.
Among those invited to the discussion are researchers of the ICCA RAS, leading sociologists, and experts of the Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies (KazISS).
The event will take place in the Academic Council hall of the ICCA RAS.
